About us

Boutique Pépin is a company that has been in the field of selling equestrian equipment since the early 1950s. Initially, the store mainly sold harnesses, hence the original name, Boutique de harness Pépin. Over time, the store diversified its products and, during the 1960s, it began selling products for the classic style. Today we find products for all tastes: classic, racing and western.

The company was founded by Mr. Robert Pépin and it remained a family business until 2001 when Jaques Letendre, Mr. Pépin's nephew, sold the store to the current owner: Mr. Fernand Brodeur. He has many years of experience in the equestrian field in which he has worked for over 50 years. He is also the owner of the company Brodeur Sulky, founded by his father, which deals with the design of sulkys. The two companies were therefore strongly linked from the beginning and it was logical for Mr. Brodeur to take possession of the Pépin harness boutique.

The company, located on the North Shore, near Highway 25, is very popular for customers from Terrebonne and the surrounding area, as well as for people from Montreal given its accessibility. Also, Boutique Pépin is an exporter all over the world, having customers in the United States and Europe.
