vSPEED / MODE 1: Always start using the gaiter with this speed to make sure no unwanted reactions occur. Use without pockets of cold to prepare for exercise or effort. Use with cold pockets after exercise or work to minimize pain, body aches or engorgement. Always use cold pockets if pain or engorgement is present. Mode 1 turns off the device after 10 minutes of use.
SPEED / MODE 2: further promote blood circulation through an increase in vibration frequencies. Can be used with or without pockets of cold. Mode 1 turns off the device after 20 minutes of use.
